fabsf: Drop assumption about library that defines fabsf.

* m4/fabsf.m4 (gl_FUNC_FABSF): Use gl_MATHFUNC macro instead of
AC_CHECK_FUNCS.
* modules/fabsf (Files): Add m4/mathfunc.m4.
