* m4/getloadavg.m4 (gl_GETLOADAVG): Use CONFIGURING_GETLOADAVG,
not gl_GETLOADAVG.  Omit unneeded semicolons.

(gl_PREREQ_GETLOADAVG): Use AC_DEFUN, not m4_define.  Put
